AT&T FEES for AT&T Mobility Post-paid Service A. Government taxes/fees may be subject to change or increase as required by law or regulation. The government taxes/fees on AT&T Mobility post-paid Service and AT&T PREPAID ® service are listed below in Section III. With respect to the monthly Federal Universal Service Fee, State Universal Service Fee and State/Local Cost Recovery Fees in Section I, AT&T will update these Fees within a reasonable time period after it receives notice of any changes enacted by federal, state and or local government. AT&T reserves the right to increase its fees or impose additional fees as permitted by your CSA. This is not an exhaustive list there may be additional fees that potentially apply to your Service. The AT&T fees are listed below in Section I (for AT&T Mobility post-paid Service) and Section II (for AT&T PREPAID ® Service). Terms not otherwise defined herein are defined in the CSA. This Fee Schedule is part of your AT&T Consumer Services Agreement (CSA). In addition to the monthly recurring charges for your AT&T Mobility post-paid wireless or service charges for your AT&T PREPAID ® service (each individually, your “Service”), this Schedules lists certain additional AT&T fees (either monthly recurring fees or transactional fees charged based on a request or transaction) and government taxes/fees (amounts collected by AT&T from you and remitted to the appropriate government agency) that may apply to your Service or the equipment you use with it.
